Student Cottages Near UF

Freddie's Garden is the newest cottage community in the Old Row lineup: 3 bedroom, 3 bath homes at 1,224 square feet, built recently enough that nothing in them has been patched twice.

Each bedroom is en suite with a walk-in closet, which settles the bathroom question before anybody moves in. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances, the floors are luxury vinyl that survives a Florida summer, and there is a private balcony off the cottage for the hours you do not want to be indoors.

Washer and dryer are in the cottage and parking is free on site. Sign with your own group or ask us to match you, and talk to a Gainesville team when something needs fixing.
